Now I’m looking back on it. Here’s what would’ve happened. The rent would’ve been super super cheap.

I would’ve been able to go to the car dealership three days a week get coffee and little food items


Smoking pot on Sammy‘s porch every night looking at scores

At night probably look in his windows with a ladder and watch him bang a girl


Sam unlimited stock of liquor and he’s a good cook

but JJ is spot on. My buddy moved in a year ago. I only charge him $500/month rent b/c it's just bonus money to me and I'm no an asshole. I can easily charge $800-1000 if a i wanted to. Hell he gives me $1500 for 3 months and I give him the 4th month free. I've never had a room mate, so having one is straight up bonus money

i live less than 10 minutes away from work. 25 minutes from the track to bet the horses. Always weed and always whiskey on deck at my household.

I can cook, I can prepare food. Great griller. I'm not like a great "chef" but i can make food. I don't go real fancy and make my own sauces. Not a ton of veggies and fruits. But i hold my own.

but you would have to deal with the harsh winters, but being from NJ, you are used to it

i do have a finish basement, BUT that's where my work out area is, laundry room, video game set up, and puzzle board. Also no windows/closet. So technically can't be called a bedroom, however it has been a bedroom at a time.

I agree with this notion overall, have lost a few friends in my lifetime as I lived with them and found out how they really are as people, but Sammy is a different kind of person he's a very upstanding individual. I would definitely get along with him living in his home.
