No, it's more and more people sharing information. Hell there's YouTube videos out there that show you exactly what to play and when. Back in the day it was more closely guarded

How many hours a week are you guys still playing the machines?

Very little on this end, less than a couple hours a day on average, back in the day 12+ hours daily.

Slots-----way less good machines and 100x the fleas than just 15 years ago.
VP-------almost non-existent now other than progressives and very small EV plays.
