bruce springsteen. sounding like an old country boy and talking like you lived on a farm when you are from NJ bothers me. i also think his music is OK, not great.

also not a jimmy buffet fan with all of his following

Springsteen for sure - he can’t sing, his songs are annoying and repetitive, and his fans are a bunch of New Jersey trash. Whenever I hear that opening fake keyboard riff of ā€œBorn In The U.S.A.ā€, I can’t change the station fast enough…..

šŸ¤” That’s an odd choice. Is it because of whole Peter Cetera thing? Never really thought of their fans as annoying. Or even die-hard Chicago fans…..
When Chicago started out originally as Chicago Transit Authority they were a great band. Very creative I loved them. Then they started putting out the commercial formula pop crap starting early 70s. Also Terry Kath died.

Steve Miller was also very good in his early career. Bluesy, psychedelic musical style. He too went completely commercial doing the bubble gum pop crap. If either of them comes on the radio I shut it right down.

I'd like to add Bob Dylan.... The old version not the young one.
I couldn't understand a damn thing that guy was saying.

KR probably going to hunt me down and kill me now. :)
The old version I agree with. Just sad how some of these old guys just can't quit. I saw Dylan in his prime and one of the best concerts I've ever attended. Didnt really care much for him before that.

Son of a multi millionaire who likes to act like he grew up poor in a trailer park.

Rose to mediocrity in the days of Vanilla Ice riding coattails on the novelty of white rap acts - and having the good fortune to not need to sign a shitty label deal - was able to stay independent.

Of course the rap thing began to fizzle and he suddenly remembered he was just a good ole boy raised in the affluent suburbs of Detroit on his families ā€œfarmā€ - so decided to get back to his roots and become a country star.

What’s not to love about his story or the dumbasses who buy it up and follow him like he actually lived that life he portrays? I mean - I’ll give him credit for being smart enough to stay independent - but let’s be honest, that’s likely more a result of his families team of attorneys. Then again - TSwift had a shit ton of family money AND industry exec dad and no one told her not to sign away her shit to the first label offering a few bucks.
I had no idea he came from wealth, maybe that was a PR move from his team lol. They did that with Vanilla Ice in the 80's claiming he grew up in Miami & even back then with limited research and no internet they were able to prove that as false, his rep took a hit back then which affected his sales. Funny thing is Vanilla Ice actually moved to South Florida and started a real estate renovation empire in West Palm Beach about 15 years ago, and he does quite well for himself in that industry down here.

Swifties & Beyonce fans.

I refuse to call anyone a ā€œfanā€ who cannot name one song a band/artist did that’s not on the radio or being pumped on social media. That takes care of 90%+ of those so called ā€œfansā€.

I am not a TS fan - but will give her props for having more talent that most anyone out there right now. She works at it - built a power house following and actually writes her own songs.

Most of these pop stars are just being handed shot to sing - going into a studio and reading what’s on the paper and letting some engineer work their magic. She actually works at her craft and that’s rare. That said - if she went away for a year or 2 - it might be the smartest thing she could do for her sanity.

Another one - but maybe not so much anymore - was Rage Against The Machine. Super-Tard, Super-ā€˜Woke’ before it was even a ā€˜thing’ - yet they all own multi-million dollar mansions in Malibu…..

FAIL…..

I think Morello is smart and well spoken - but yes - if your so god damn concerned about all the ā€œinjusticeā€ of the world - maybe stop the lavish spending, quit crying about it and get your asses out there and start DOING SOMETHING TO HELP.

Benefit concerts in some 3rd world country to a soccer stadium doesn’t count either.

C’mon - we can’t expect Bono to do it all by himself.
