Reach out, many of us have shared experiences with out of control women, wives, kids, divorce, family (mothers), uncontrollable circumstances, courts, gambling, government, health & fitness, etc
There is always an earavailable and probably a story that'll make you feel better about yourself and circumstances.
Do not be afraid to send PM.
Take physical pain over mental pain any day.
