There are ppl who aren’t capable of doing two things at once much less multiple

If you eat out enough you can usually tell immediately how good or bad a waiters/waitresses is at their job

It really varies week to week. Like last week I did 18 trips and I got 4 tips. A few weeks ago I did 9 trips and got 5 tips

Wait.... You're saying only 25-50% of your riders give you tips???
Wow. I though it would be 80-90%.

Do you ding a rider on their rating if they don't tip? I'd hope so. This would let other Uber drivers see they suck.

Yeah I tip my drivers 75% of the time. Some times they're reckless or they are on speaker phone yapping to their family (mainly brown drivers do this). No tip for that shit.

Usually they don't tip until after the ride is already completed. At that point I have already rated them. I personally don't pay attention to ratings. I know some drivers give a low rating if the passenger slams their door or doesn't tip in cash, but I think each driver's own driving style and personality may or may not warrant a tip.

I've never personally seen them rip me off but it wouldn't totally surprise me if they did. Supposedly people on Facebook have gotten ripped off before, but I believe there's more to those stories than they're posting
