Lets say Bobby didn't want to go to the police , he could of just taken him to small claims court and didn't. Bobby should of done both , at the very least ,small claims court.

I’ve been to small claims court 3 times. I won all 3 cases. Mine was not as easy as his is to prove but I did it and won. One was $750, $1,200 and $1,800. All 3 people tried to screw me but I got the last laugh. Bobby has a clear cut victory to get his $ back in small claims court.
