DOG 15 has personalized customer service, the easiest payouts and deposits in the industry , the Pinnacles lines are better but DOG15 beats them out as far as customer service to be honest.

Never heard of it. I will loom into it. Pinnacle is my main book for everything. My favorite software is Betnow and DOG15 for customer service.

How are the payouts lately at Dog15 - previously BetWWS before the attack ?

Don’t disagree on the level of service - I experienced it first hand football season and was treated well.

But let’s also acknowledge there have been issues there as they recover from a targeted attack on their site - and it’s effected their ability to process deposits/payout to customers. Haven’t heard anything from anyone being paid - has that changed ?

BetNow is solid - only issue is the relatively restrictive payout choices. For whatever reason if a book says 2k a week limit - they are “mickey mouse” - but BetNow gets a pass on their 3k a month BTC payout limit. You can stack methods which helps - but it’s basically a hard 5k cap on crypto without being granted an exception. Otherwise - you’re sharing your bank info for direct payment methods.
