Unfamiliar with the saying work smarter, not harder I'm guessing.

Of course for some people - working smart is more of a challenge.

I'd follow a smart trust fund poster over a dumb laborer any day of the week. I doubt we have many trust fund posters here though - just a few run of the mill laborers who don't work too hard at anything - except trying to scrape up a few dollars to support their habits.
