If any excessive nerves are involved with your bets outside of the normal rush you get from the swings of games then you are most likely risking too much of your bankroll in the 1st place. I’ve been there & done that, but those days are over for me. My max bet now is 1K, and my bankroll is still around 75K, so a 1.3% wager would be my max bet for the foreseeable future.

Definitely some nerves for me. I do have sweaty palms if it's a tight game and I have a large wager on it. But that's just habit. I get nervous when Buckeyes or Bengals in a game if I don't have money on it

Only time I feel completely calm for a large wager is if the Kansas City Chiefs are playing the Buffalo Bills in a playoff game setting.

I'm usually buying some expensive steaks by half time.

That is the only setting really though.

i didnt like watch games if i had 5 dollars on it or thousands super stich us i suppose
I can relate to that to a certain degree, but always follow the live plays & scoring for data purposes of the game flow.
