How long does this heater last, Tank? Like the lifespan?
I remember LT had the same issue I think it was last month.
The old one was 24 years old but, I don't think they build them as well anymore (just way more expensive).
The best warranty I could find for a new one was only 6 years.... If you take care of them, they normally last 10-12 years.
I see. Hopefully, it will last the max years, Tank.
This is the main reason why PH can't afford to have winter haha

Oreg St. beat Gonzaga at home two weeks ago. That won't happen in Spokane. The Beavers will lose but 15 is just too much to give for the Zags. The Zags have been stumbling lately. Losing and/or not winning by large spreads vs decent teams.
Oregon St. is getting better. Their win vs Gonzaga was followed by the inevitable letdown vs San Fran but they've bounced back with an easy win vs Pepperdine and another vs a good Santa Clara team.

A little counter-intuitive here expecting Oreg St. to win with thier slow tempo and yet picking the over. These two teams scored 167 in regulation in the last game. Oregon St. shot lights out 59% FG and 78% FT. Don't expect that again but I stil believe they will cover this low total.
