States using H2A severely punish any employer who hires undocumented workers

I have friends who own Harvesting companies and every year my kids’ mother helps them in the hiring process

These migrants get paid travel to & from the states, free housing, among other paid benefits from the employers.
But their visas only last a few months.
Occasionally 1-2 will run off but when caught they get banned and passport taken for like 10yrs.

it’s all run professionally and these guys are here to work

Illegals are here just to mooch off us and cause problems

That is grossly simplified and slightly untrue.

There are a very large number of ranches and farms, especially in the red state of and areas of Texas, not to mention other places, that refused to set up electronic verification, because they employ illegal immigrants as a workers.

This is done for economic reasons.
