Yeah I had one back in the day. We’d get drunk and tase each other. It was fun. It wasn’t as powerful as these ones that the police use though.
Shop teacher in high school had some kind of manual crank generator for charging batteries. SOB would take a couple of leads off of it and go around shocking students as a joke. Hurt like hell. That's my only experience close to it.
We had an issue in MPLS where all the fights & violence took place in front of predominantly black clubs.
That happened in Texas. There was a biker bar that was a public nuicense. Figths, gun fire, people pissing in neighbors lawns, etc.....
