Nope. Never been a Gator fan. I’ve never cheered or rooted for them to win a game unless I betted on them. I did like to watch the Fun and Gun Gators in the mid 90’s with Weurffel and the crew and also when Emmitt Smith was there. I couldn’t stand the Tebow bunch. But I know that they don’t tolerate mediocrity and want to win as badly as anyone in the conference. They wanted to get better by keeping the coach and using his buyout to get better. Paying more for players shows they know how to win in the future versus losing this recruiting class and getting better.

The season could have bottomed out easily. Legway gave them decent play and hope. And the played hard despite the results. That defense should get better too.
