So he lost a million - what’s amazing to me is how LOW the average bet size was - under $500.

I mean losing a million isn’t hard 100k a bet - a thousand a bet would take time and he managed to lose at less than half that - even if he NEVER hit a winner - that’s a lot of bets.

How did she not notice her husband being glued to his phone that much ?!? Too busy off messing around with his best friend and now that it’s time to divide assets she wants the $$ back ??

Also thinking what kind of rewards did they give this loser ? Probably got a $30 pair of sunglasses and a host encouraging him to keep playing as he’s in line for Onyx level benefits if he keeps playing.

There have been several similar cases in the UK. Don’t ever remember any of them winning. Usually it’s the gambler wanting his money back because he’s an addict. I’ve also seen arguments that he was supposed to be blocked from wagering at xxxxxx because of his addiction. No matter the argument or case against the gambling establishment, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a case won

Rewatched it - He actually says it in the video. I’m in Vegas maybe 5 times a year, never been to the Strat sports book (went there for a show once), but that is F#CKING depressing. Is that current? Looks like an Elks lodge bingo hall…..

Wherever that was filmed, was the most depressing sportsbook I’ve ever seen…..

It had to be middle of the night or very early morning.
No sports on the sceens and no one working the counters.

Although it is the Strat so...... Could be like that during the day too.
