No but I do think, man if I’d have put that $18,900 check into BTC when I got it 14 months ago it would be worth $50k now.

That said, I did put it into a interest-bearing bank account and I’ve gambled and lived off it for more than a year and the balance now sits at $19,300

ive been broker than broke and never even thought about suicide. I dont' think anything in life could bring me to even considering that option

With all the crypto positivity lately, I'm thinking I might sit on my BTC and give it to my kids. If it hits $13M like the expert in the other thread indicated, they'll be multi-millionaires before they are 50.

I think unfortunately for most of us gamblers we think about most things in life short term and don’t have the insight to see things and potential far down the line (other than maybe a Saba future that could pay off in two weeks ).

I remember Art Bell (I used to listen a lot in college) talking about Amazon in the late 90s/very early 2000s. Was I putting my extra $$ into Amazon? No I was chasing tail and partying on six street with my coin.

There are a few posters you can tell are good investors/think about long term. Not too many overall though

one of my biggest what ifs.....i was dating 2 girls at the same time and I was at the point where I had to choose 1 vs the other

welp, I married the one I chose and everyone knows I am divorced. I often think about what if I chose the other girl. I think about that more than i think about what if I kept my bitcoin

here's another one....I am not a car guy...I am a salesman. so when I started when I was 21 years old, i applied to about 10m local dealerships. I didn't give a shit about brand, just applied and interviewed.

I had 2 interviews in 2 days with a company and the week after....didn't get the job

days later, I interview at my dealership I am at now....13 years later, one of the best decisions I have ever made

another what if....what if dealership 1 hired me and I never interviewed at my current job. Life would be WAYYYYY different

yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery. I don't live in the past.

I view it like it doesn't exist in my portfolio. I just let 95% of it sit and never touch it. I may add a little or take out a little every now and then but the main balance just sits spread across varous wallets.

If it goes to zero, sure I'll be unhappy but it won't impact me financially.
If it goes up or through the roof, its like hitting the lottery.
