Kent State wants to repeat their record last yr. Very poor performance.Arkansas hoops
Kinda chalky - but Ohio over Kent State - Ohio looking for 6th win va a winless (and hapless) Kent team - look for Ohio to roll.

These teams need a real miracle. You could combine Akron and Kent and still have a team that would struggle to win 3 games in the MAC - they are both that bad recently.
They shouldn’t be playing for the Wagon Wheel - they should be playing to avoid relation to a lower division.
Hell - I’d take Mount Union to give either all they wanted at football.
Do you think they still cover the 18 with Bailey out?Looking at Rutgers too.
Bailey is out - but should be a fairly high scoring game.
17’ seems like a lot - might take a chance - definitely would jump on Rutgers if it falls another point or so.
Yeah, I know its early but its fun to try and squeeze out the edge with minimal data.I do - I just don’t feel as solid on it.
Let’s be honest - it’s early season hoops. No one is going to look back at this one and say “you won by 18 - should win by 22” and hold it against the team in a field of 68 meeting - only gamblers.
I think they are gonna come out running looking to show off the new look of Rutgers basketball - defense won’t be a primary thought.
Now question is do they shoot 55% or 35% - playing fast can result in some poor shot choices. I think they will do well - but no one else cares as long as you win by double digits - just gamblers.
Rutgers will be very good this year no doubt, but laying 17.5 with a team thats gonna take a lot of time to develop is asking for trouble....call it 72-60 RU
I stayed off that game because a lot of money came in on WMU. In Tanko's contest I took NIU so I hope they win but we'll see how it goes for them on the road here.Look for the defense and the run game to travel well tonight in the MAC, take NIU as a small fav vs WMU as I know they are a hot trending team 4-0 in conference play.
