Good morning! The BetUs website is horrible and dishonest. They stole 231.10 USD that I had in my honestly earned account. I write here to warn current and possible future customers who are thinking about creating an account there or depositing money, to be careful and think a thousand times before doing this, there are other really honest sites. BetUs is a scam

I registered my account there without knowing they were blacklisted by AskGamblers. Anyone who is a customer there, be careful, they could also steal from you if you make any gains. If you are not a customer, never create an account there, look for another option, read reviews here and on other review sites and player experiences

A site with non-existent and ineffective support, useless chat, bad odds, low limits and which, if the user makes a profit, blocks their account for no reason and keeps their balance for themselves. A scam practice: they only like customers who cannot make money

I won by playing honestly. I sent my documents, selfie photos holding my documents next to my face, everything else they requested

They allow people to play. If the person loses, nothing happens to the account. If the person makes any gains, they block the account. Absurd! This was my experience on this horrible site

Did they give you any reason why they've frozen your account? They limit people and play games with bonuses/promotions/rollover, but they almost always pay. This is a trivial amount of $ for them.

I hate betus, but they wouldn’t stiff you for that amount. Just give them what they ask for, although painful, you will get your money. Never use them again.

Yeah like the others said, they arent stiffing you over such a small amount. Hard earned is a bit generous to describe that balance unless you were making $1 bets. A betting history might elaborate why you are running into problems since you've given no explanation.

I’m up on BetUS $140,000. They don’t want my action anymore but never have not paid me. I actually got my account frozen in the very beginning because I signed up with my Grandfather’s name when I was 18 as I thought offshore was 21+. The account that is up $140,000 is still in his name. Benjamin Rau (me) is labeled as authorized user on the account. I did a zoom meeting years ago but they did fantastic business with me and paid me for years before respectfully closing the door on me.

Well I was pretty honest with them. I said I didn’t know you could gamble offshore 18+ so I signed up with my Grandpa’s name. They just had the two of us get on a zoom together and all was well. I maimed that book for 3 years until they closed the door on me. Paid me over $140,000.
