Looks like he was on PCP and/or other substances. Dealt with a few of these clowns taking this years ago when I briefly did patrol work on the NC State highways and byways in a past life......they get a god complex with PCP, feel no pain....they can be tased and unphased....also new substances like Flaka and Bath salts do similar things and cause people to turn into cannibals (numerous stories of homless flakka users eating others....)......zombie drugs are some scary $hit.....I just prefer my dabs of weed, i dont even drink...just gods herb for me...
It's like crocodile but with K? haha.

nah Krokodil is more sedative, think like Herion. Causes their skin to become like a crocodile....also not found in US much. mostly ukraine and russian republics...

Yeah, the new designer drugs out are really scary, K2 (synthetic cannabis), Flakka and bath salts and i'm sure newer things coming out....it mimics the supposed drug action but is 1000x stronger. Flakka is like amphetamines on sterorids...their bodies get hot and they need water so they take their clothes off (you will often hear people say give them milk)...if they get much hotter, they start wanting to eat flesh of themselves or others. Disgusting...
Back when I was going thru training some 20 years ago the worst was Cocaine, meth, Herion and some PCP...was talking with my brother in law who's a sherriff deputy now on a DEA taskforce last 10 years and he said they have to carry around manuals now of the different subtances and the test kits they have to carry are having to be upgraded every month due to new drugs coming out on the street.
We can thank the Sinaloa Cartel for about 90% of this mess and China for the rest....

yep. I only fought one dude years ago laced up on PCP and it took all i could along with my buddy who is 6'7 295 and an ex D-lineman in NFL. Guy on PCP was all of 6'2, 230 or so but those drugs give them super human strength (the LA cops who beat rodney king used that excuse as they caned him over and over).
That said, I couldnt imagine dealing with the new drugs today....they are more powerful than PCP by a factor of 3 i hear.

Yeah you know your shit, I had to take the local roads home that day from work. I was working in Downtown Miami when I use to work as a electrician, don't miss those days lol. The commute alone was over 2 hours back and forth from Broward county and I didn't get compensated for it.
