Anyone else think Serbia feels like the play here today ?

Obviously USA has struggled coming in and wants to beat down a quality opponent to start. But don’t see Serbia just lying down in this one - they came prepared to medal this Olympics and showing the USA they can hang with them will be a huge morale boost.

Not sure the +600 is long enough - but 14 feels like about 6 to many points here. USA wins likely - but it’s a competitive game not a blowout.

Still - I think US should be auto fade - who’s next - S Sudan ? Will be interesting to see - obviously a decent squad - but US wanting to make a statement after nearly losing to them going into the Olympics.

Who can beat the USA - France and Canada come to mind - possibly Australia. Yea - USA is the favorite for a reason - but is it really a smart gamble laying -500 (or more) on a squad full of NBA stars? As I’ve said - some do care about gold…some are more focused on endorsement opportunities.

Yeah, I keep talking about how other teams have a couple NBA players so they could be competitive.

But man, when you watch the game, and see all the options the US has on every possession, it doesn't seem fair, lol.
