I thought there was a rule that you had to live in Western Hemisphiere to win this contest.

Yeah.... Its in CRF Part 12, Section 32, Subsection E, Paragraph 8.a.i).

"No contestant shall particpate nor be allowed to realize the financial gain of this contest if said contestant has full or partial residence outside the boundaries of the defined Western Hemisphere(1) during the period of allowed play."


In the footnotes:
(1) "Western Hemisphere is the half of the planet Earth that lies west of the Prime Meridian—which crosses Greenwich, London, England—and east of the 180th meridian."

Its clear as day. Fly is disqualified.
