Depends on where you are.

That's the interesting thing about the Philippines that is so different from other SE Asian countries. They are so diverse, not only in people but languages too. I've noticed people in Manila look different than people in Cebu who look different than people in southern islands.

I wanted to go to one when I was in Thailand, but when I saw the farang price and learned there was a no-farang section I decided to go to a massage parlor instead.
