Yeah the guy took 20 million from Jags. Roger made sure Jags got something back. Plus FanDuel gets the free press here. They won't be hurting for that five million in this situation.

I’m curious where all these class actions against FanDuel and DK go.

As you say - they set the precedent. They said “we should have had better controls in place to stop people from abusing their credit cards and betting over their head.

Just a bad look for everyone here - very surprised they did not have a confidentiality clause on the settlement. No way in hell I’d let it get out of settled this if I was FD - makes them look guilty.
