Its a good idea.
It might work for a small tree (2-3 feet tall/skinny) but 7' tree that stretches about 6-7 wide at the bottom.... fuggetaboutit.

The tree is Pagan so putting it up at all is bad.

People used to worship the tree .

those who know the Bible know this.

However bottom line is: The reason for me is not to worship it but the Savior. So it really depends on why you have the tree.

as for when to take it down that’s open .

Who cares how long it’s not about the tree it’s about Christ coming to earth as a babe to live a perfect life and to be the perfect sacrifice for us sinners.

We live under the dispensation of GRACE not the law.
