I totally disagree with this. We are all going to get old, it's just a matter of time.

If our seniors still want to work they should be free to do that without bias from any working establishment.

The age limit should only apply to politics/politicians.

I never did like that scene, mostly because it wasn't true. While Sicilians do have some admixture of the Moors, the Moors lived mostly in northern Africa and were quite different genetically than sub-Saharan Africans due to the wide expanse of the Sahara which kept those 2 populations separate.
