1Bet - "live" Withdrawal

Hey there,

I read some stuff about 1Bet and obviously some of the players had problems with this bookmaker. I started gambling at 1Bet two days ago and am now waiting for my withdrawal of 4500€. Until now there are no problems I contacted the support and they told me it takes 48 hours for the response of the team and then they need some documents from me. So I thought for all of you who are uncertain if there are any problems with this bookmaker I posting this report. We will see if they withdraw the money and how long it takes. I will keep you updated.

A few minutes ago I got the response from the KYC Team. I have to deliver some documents now. I waited for this response about 1 day.

A word of advice. Practice extreme patience. 1Bet may have a reputation. But even at some of the best books, you might be waiting a day or more for an email reply. If you start flipping out on them, you make yourself a target, and you won't make anyone want to do you any favors. Just be positive, polite and patient and see how things go.

Thanks for your replies. Yes I don’t make any pressure on them. Still waiting for my documents to be confirmed. But we are still in the 48 hour window since I sent my docs yesterday. I talked to the Support via chat. They are polite and try to help. Sure I understand even if they wait because some player cancel their withdrawal and play with the money, it is a legit move. I would say actually we are in a fair window. Let’s see how they respond. Personally I think tomorrow I will have to send them pics with me holding my ID Card. This was „the next step“ at some other bookmakers I played. I will keep you updated.

Okay Folks, this morning I got another response. And like I said I have to deliver a pic of me holding my ID Card. Nothing unusual so far. I sent it immediately. Now waiting again.

I know this conversation is almost an one year old. I hope you have good experiences with 1Bet only for now going forward. I am withBet since August 2023 and now I start to have feeling they will try to do something bad to my account. After couple of deposites I firstly withdrawal 15th September 5k., and since that I was able to withdrawal 5times more same the max. possible amount. The withdrawal process is nightmare there.each withdrawal was pending for 7 days at least. But now the current pending withdrawal is already reviewed for 14 days with no one giving me any information why is taking so long. last chat - the agent just terminated in the middle of chat. I smell a problem there. especially when I have on my account another 220k to withdraw. Could someone advice what I should do. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I won 31k on one combo, tried to withdrow most of it, but only then I recognized, that max. withdraw is only 5k. and it take a time till they approve it. So I kept requesting a new withdrawal and continue playing winning last weekend another combos in total for 120k. and finishing with actual 220k. If they would be able to withdraw full 31k. what I wanted, i would never finished with that balance.
I have never so bad experience with withdrawall process like I have with 1Bet. On other side, I have never won so much money like with 1Bet. So I dont feel lucky at all rather opposite as unlucky person as now Iam sure I will never get that money from 1bet.
Do you know about any institution, which is looking on these cases and is supporting customers to get at least something back ?

in my case they waited six years (without any problems) before they decided to steal my money, so unfortunately good experiences don't mean much with them.

You can try to contact the responsible gaming commission first, if you prefer (complaints@gaminglicences.com), but to me they only started to reply when the lawyer got involved.
