I don't think Iowa will score unless there is a pick 6, turnover deep in Mich territory --> Leads to FG, etc...

BUT, Michigan may not move the ball as well either. The 23 is interesting. Can Iowa hold them back enough? I could see Iowa trailing by 2-3 TDs late in 3rd or 4th quarter and giving up more points by taking risks on 4th down, etc.... This could result in more easy Mich points.

Tough call.
