Happy Holidays all. Today is opening day. Full fields, great weather, and TURF!

Going to ease into it as it’s a super-long meet. Runs until early May. I will be firing on all three Ochoa entrants, though.

Will also be making more frequent trips there this year. They really put out a good product. Underrated by those that are addicted to the NY and Ky circuits.

I like that Tampa has a YouTube channel which livestreams the races. Much easier to access then logging into your ADW to see a race.

Not a Day for the Favorites only in Race 5 & ^ with one to go. Was nice seeing them run on the Grass as well as GP has not.

Trainer Tony Wilson had a huge meet last year and I missed all his long ones. Made a mental note to fire away early and often in his runners. This is his first of the meet, so I am ready. Caught a good interview with him where he says he trains for early speed, which is a good trait in both surfaces at Tampa, in my opinion.

Ochoa coming off a long layoff (3 months), but horse has been running against slightly tougher at Gulf and Colonial. Fits better at Tampa, and this will be its first start here.
