Since they get Carolina's #1 pick in 2024, they need to beat the Panthers to keep pace with Arizona in a battle for the 1st overall selection

The bears should probably try to lose to stay in the hunt for 2nd and 3rd draft pick. If they win they could force CAR (i.e. the Bears) into 1st draft pick but then their 2nd pick would be 5th or higher.
