Yeah I think there should be a time frame in which you can charge someone with something

You wait 10-20 yrs that could be a completely changed person
I know there's a law for this but it will only apply to petty crimes and not to cases like murders or any destruction of life.

"Reglementary period" or "Prescriptive periods" of crime.

Sounds like the came across new evidence while searching a home in July (his wife's home). There was info found on computers and stuff.

The guy that was arrested was the uncle of the shooter. Unfortunately, the shooter died in a different gang related shooting.

accessory to murder, destruction of evidence from a murder crime scene, because he’s gang affiliated there are a variety of charges to pursue, if you are involved in any way with a murder, a weapon or the evidence you can be charged, he will have a trash public lawyer and go to prison
