Screwed over by Heritage on a bet that should be pending - graded as a loss

I bet several drivers to win the NASCAR night race at Bristol tonight at Heritage.

One of the wagers, Kyle Busch, was already graded a loser.

I complained to Heritage via live chat earlier this morning and nothing was done. Then we’ve been going back and forth via email.

They claim the their third-party “processor” said my Kyle Busch race was for “qualifying.” You can clearly see just like my other pending wagers below my Kyle Busch bet was for “race” - “outright winner.”

The odds I got Kyle Busch for when I made the wager we’re almost identical to what other sites had him to win the race.

Literally 14 emails back and forth on the matter. It’s like trying to explain rocket science to a monkey.

I also told them I’ve been betting racing for more than two decades, and have played with them for more than 10 years and not once have I ever bet qualifying, always to win the race.

I’d be shocked if this wasn’t part of their new software screw up. Their racing odds used to mirror WagerWeb and now they are different. I’m sure they are just confused but so far are refusing to make it right.

All over a $23.62 bet.

As you can see all my other pending bets, as well as the Kyle Busch one they already graded as a loss, are for “outright winner” of the “race.”

nowhere does it mention qualifying: below was one of the responses from Heritage explaining their position

Jay I thought you left heritage?
Had Like $38 bucks in there and hit a parlay last week. Just bet the winnings tonight. Was saving for the Bristol night race. They’ll never see another penny deposited from me win or lose. This just cements that fact

its sad when a book stealing your $900 is a nightmare scenario
? It’s not a nightmare scenario KK it’s just the principal. If they screw up a $23 bet and grade it a loss before the event even starts can I or anyone trust them with a bigger wager?

Imagine if Busch wins

SMH
The only correct move here by them was to let me know I have action before the race started, which it already did, or refund their mistake so I could rebet. Now just freerolling me

Totally blame their new software. Man I feel stupid for trusting them
