Hard to compare eras. Different game. Different defense. Players used to party and do drugs every day. They didn’t have same strength speed and stamina as they do today. So magic probably wouldn’t be as good today. But could curry handle all the parties and drugs back then and still be good. Probably not. They’re the best for their era that’s all you can say. Trying to figure out the goat is fun to talk about but pretty pointless like naming best athlete.

Curry is the greatest shooter of all time. I don't think you can dispute that. As far as Point Guard goes Magic is the best I've ever seen in person and I've seen a lot of great ones in my 42 going on 43 years.
