I have stayed at Palace Station a few times when I was in Vegas. Back in the 90's early 2000's. It was nice back then.

It's tough to get good gumbo in a restaurant. With 6 f*bombs dropped in 18 seconds lvl. 8 must have been pretty spicy.

It's not bad, pretty decent. It's not Cajun country level for sure but it can do for an away from home taste.
