Heritage Sports Insider :

We took the step to make the new site available to an initial group of customers and will continue to graduate others in the coming days.

While we recognize that change can be difficult and sometimes met with resistance, we expect that customers will continue to find the value and offerings that customers have become accustomed to for close to 20 years.

Its always been our goal to provide the best platform and customer service experience possible.

Where you see change, we see improvement and opportunity.

We will have increased and expanded offerings to include featured betting events, boosted odds on straight bets and select parlays, same game parlays etc. Our open parlays will be added back into the new software along with leverage bets as soon as our dev staff can put in place. We'll have a "dark" version for those that prefer and will be available as a preference setting.

Watch for our 2023 Football Bonus coming next week. Appreciate the love, the critique and the loyalty.

I haven‘t messed around with the new site much, but what I did notice is their open parlay options were gone. As it says in the message they will bring that back soon enough. That’s one of my favorite things they offer.

Some people are stating that limits are lower for MLB for new accounts with the new site its showing 1K vs. 5K normal Money Line. Is this going to be increased and you are testing out the site or is this new norm?

I’m not the heritage sports insider that was a copy and paste job. From the headline above things should be back to normal at some point with added options. So bear with them because they are totally worth it.

I don't understand releasing a new format and knowing everything is not finished, i also notice that the 800 number has been removed from the website with only email and live chat options available there were no static Halftime lines on any of the preseason NfL games and also WNBA over the weekend. I did a live chat and the person told me to play live betting for halftime plays which I don't like to use because live betting at halftime has higher juice and live line movement. Hopefully its just a glitch if not Ill probably wont be using this book as much
