His name is on the wall behind him. Look at the jersey. He's William Leiss, TCU wide receiver from 2010. He's an engineer who is a handicapper.

He's big into the data science aspect of handicapping. A lot of what he says makes sense but, I'm sure you'll disagree.

This guy apparently doesn't tout. He has called out touts and gets a rash of s#it for it. He just tries to educate bettors on how to be better handicappers and LOSE LESS money. His pitch is something like, if you're going to gamble, long-term you will lose but here's how to do it and still gain some enjoyment from gambling.

I read somewhere his very few posted plays record is like 50/50 so he's still losing money. He doesn't claim to be a winning bettor.
