Family , friends and gambling, Do they know or do you hide it?

I hide nothing in my life but don't advertise anything either. Family and pretty much anyone else in my life know that I gamble on sports. I am constantly checking scores, logging into books , watching games, etc etc. I know some people hide it from people, what do you do?

I don't talk to and claim my family as it is , except my Father, so they don't apply but the people I am around know. I don't have any friends but the people I am around know

I had this conversation with Shari91 @ SBR & I called her fake for hiding her gambling from her family. That’s one of the reasons why she hates me lol. My entire family knows I gamble & I am not ashamed about it. They know I have a passion for it.

I used to to hide it knowing my family would be upset but not anymore. If your hiding something it might just be because you know your doing something your not supposed to or it has a bad stigma to it that you don't want someone to give you shit about.

Stating the truth is not talking shit sir..... now if you were making something up or not speaking the truth then yes I would agree that would be talking shit......

hopefully she has grabbed a meal or two since the last photo session she had..... chick couldn’t of weighed more then 73 pounds 6 years ago.... jj gold wouldn’t even hit it...

has anyone ever had to tell a family member and/or friend that they needed to relax on gambling?

have a friend that owes another friend 20k (used to be 40) cause of betting, but wont pay when he promises so its just ruining the friendship. its been a couple years now. tried to get him to realize whats going on so he can pay back the money, but he now hides gambling from me and our friends. meanwhile when we hangout, its obvious he's gambling when he has 6 college basketball games on at once and is glued to the screen lol

just a reminder to practice bankroll management and not to chase your losses. you'll get yourself in a horrible hole and can potentially ruin close relationships in your life
