Sa Pa , Lào Cai, border with China, they have a great cheap market with a casino with great cock fights. They won't let foreigners into the cockfighting ring, but I am able to get my way inside, due to me speaking Vietnamese, minimum bets are $50, it also snows in this area, it gets really cold. There is an area here where they speak a completely different language , other than Vietnamese.

I'm not a fan of the country outside of Phuket. There are other countries where you can be a sex tourist.

To me, the Thai people are too reserved. They seem to have an artificial pride in their country by always talking about "Thai culture". It's like they're trying to convince themselves that their country is better than it is.

I really like the Philippines for the friendliness of the people. They really have some nice beaches too.

I also like Singapore, even though it's a pretty boring place. The people are so polite there and I have friends that live there from when I worked there for a few months.

I can't wait to visit Vietnam and Cambodia after I retire.

There is no average, it depends on the quality of where you want to live. You can live here for $100 a month, or actually free if you wanted to live with a family and speak English to their kids everyday, haha, or you can live for 5k a month, it just depends what you want. This is where I live, two swimming pools, two gyms, 100s of restaurants and shops, movie theaters, hospitals, cages, massages, everythin walking distance, there are 100s of huge apartment complexes , you can find a nice one of these for $450-700 fully furnished, depends quality, $3-5k is a different area and different style but my area is the best.

Brand new studios right on the beach in Nha Trang. An awesome beach town. There are hundreds of options there. This is in a very nice building, gym , pool , everything walking distance. $435 for the studio. 1 and 2 bedrooms 5-7

Extremely difficult to stay here long term. If you know what to do it’s easy.

No, we have really strong winds though at times from typhoons from other countries coming through, lots of flooding here.
