I think biggest issue USA understaffed and grew so fast

Offshore has their niche and respond very quick in my opinion, yes less customers that does help

USA managers very very hard to get

Experience wise offshore 1000000x mostly veterans men and women that can actually run books

USA right off the streets many hood guys and gals which is good they are working but just zero experience sports betting and it shows
