Therapeutic at best. Good go to after a hard workout but no real benefit unless you want to lose some water weight that you will put right back on as soon as you take a drink. Love it when a 300 pounder goes to the gym, sits in the steam room for 30 minutes and calls it a hard workout. Only thing worse is not signing up for a machine or not wiping it down after they are done
