Penalties aren't killers unless they're on 3rd down or in the red zone.

I think, last year, 7 if the 10 most penalized teams had winning records. If the penalties occur between the 20s it's a non topic.

Players are not allowed to practice like they use to. Different games. Revolving door of teammates with more complex systems. Penalties are going to happen especially in the pre-season
