Well, asylum is a factor for persecution based on race or some factor beyond your control....sexual identity, etc.
Yeah...not saying that conscription is always a reason for asylum on its own but since the world trying to put pressure on Russia regarding the war they should offer asylum for any Russians wanting to not fight in the war...true what you saying about America not gonna do it though in case one day needing to use conscription too...
