Since there are sign-up requirements BMR will enforce, if the top 10 end up all being "unapproved" by BMR, do the payouts and $150k tourny tickets roll down to the 1st 10 BMR "approved" participants?

Remember we are promoting this on social media and through our content as well, plus on top of that some members already had BetOnline poker handles that do not match their BMR username. But yes, once the tournament runs, we'll make sure eligible players get the prizes and coordinate with BetOnline.
