Hey this morning i had a bulb in a table lamp i thought went bad, so i replace it with another and it would not come on, i had the darn switch on the wall turn off...............and i thought i got a lot of sleep last night too lol

When I moved to Texas, years ago, I was 22 and a guy I worked with was in charge of setting up the umpires for the local little league games. He asked if I could help since I had umpired little league games while in college. I said sure. You have never heard so many threats and BS from coaches and parents just on balls and strikes. They treated it like it was the world series. The worst ones were the parents that were drinking in the stands. Why they allowed that back then, I will never know. Fortunately, you can't do that in most locations for little league now, including in Texas.

It was completely different than the midwest state I was from and it was the last game I ever umpired.

I always volunteered in HS to ump the summer games for the youth programs.

Parents were pretty tolerant and chill. That was till 2001 or so.

Something changed w the kids born in the 90s having kids...that generation is 100% on the spectrum

It is sad and alot of them are literally on the autism spectrum and by no means am I making light of that (have people I love that are autistic) personally I started to see it at the gym under 30 year olds the women work out hard and the men are worried about how they look. It is bizzaro world.
