I don't really know. Been drinking it on the regular for a long time, not sure how well it works.

It's kinda like gatorade without the sugar.

Needs more potassium for sure. Seem like everything else has a ton of caffeine, like some stupid ass trend. Like hundreds of mgs of caffeine.

This has 100mg, it was one of them with the least amount I could find.

One of the reasons I chose it.
