Bovada Refuse to Credit Bitcoin Deposit in Timely Fashion

Hello, hoping for some help and support concerning a very frustrating situation I’ve experienced. Decided to try out Bovada on February 3rd. Deposited $1,000 in BTC and it never showed up. Was told it was a site-wide issue and my funds were secure. Funds still aren’t there. Been to live chat every day and I’m not getting anywhere. Told to wait for the finance team. I’ve sent over the bitcoin address I used to deposit, along with the hash. Customer service just rinses and repeats. Wasn’t able to bet on the Super Bowl because of it. $1,000 is my gambling budget for the month. Really hoping for some help. Seems many other people who had the issue got their funds within 48h. I’ve been waiting almost a week. Funds are fully confirmed, and Customer Support confirmed they were received. Was promised a resolution within 48 hours 96 hours ago.

So many fishy stuff in Bovada these days,, if you read the BMR thread you would know that they are
crooks now. Why deposit there? so many better options out there.
With bitcoin, thats just absurd. I mean bookmaker and betonline, i deposit bitcoin its in less than 15 min. A week? thats scam.
