He is a tout and therefore he will be a loser starting with this Super Bowl.

A young kid named Vanjack on X is at 80%+ win rate for the playoffs and he's on Seattle -4.5.

Supposedly, he was a legend on Covers before he left there and started posting his picks on X.

Below is what's on his profile page where he has a picture of himself holding a bunch of 20 dollar bills. At his win rate, he should be betting ten dimes unit size.

I dont seek partnerships
I dont care if you follow me
I dont have corporate badges
I dont sell pickALL BECAUSE I BET MY OWN GAMES
I like the sound of this guy, too bad I'm not really an X guy myself.

What I don't get is that he has a relatively small # of followers.

Someone started a thread on Covers to list the all time best winners there and he was like 2nd next to Don Juan who is 20-4 in Super Bowls (also on Seattle -4.5) and only a couple of others were on the list.

I'm sure all this means nothing as no one knows what's going to happen with this Super Bowl, but I'm just hoping that Sam doesn't screw up and Seattle just wins.

Also, I just saw this quote on YouTube when a lot of people are talking how great Christian Gonzalez is and that he will shut down JSN. If that quote is true, then he is getting torched.

Christian Gonzalez got beat twice in that game once by Marvin Mims and the other by courtland Sutton

JSN & Walker the best two players on the field IMO, I think they will get after it, 24-13 win Seattle.

Everyone talking about New England's schedule

Yes it was weaker than Seattle's, but the Patriots ended the regular season 14-3, meaning they beat those teams (No credit for that it seems)

How do we know they would not have done the same if they had a few tougher teams thrown in there??

The angle that Seattle is better because they beat stronger teams is somewhat speculative

With all that being said, I still think Seattle is the better overall team

Bettor places $1,000 MVP wagers on Super Bowl kickers

By David Purdum

The Super Bowl can make bettors do strange things, such as wagering big bucks on a kicker to win MVP.

On Feb. 1, a bettor in New Jersey with sportsbook BetRivers placed a pair of $1,000 MVP bets on each of the starting kickers in Sunday's game:

  • $1,000 on the New England Patriots' Andy Borregales at 300-1 to win $300,000.
  • $1,000 on the Seattle Seahawks' Jason Myers at 100-1 to win $100,000.
A spokesperson for BetRivers said the sportsbook had taken only a handful of MVP bets on the kickers, "although several of them are relatively large." No kicker has ever been named MVP of the Super Bowl.

DraftKings also reported taking a $1,000 MVP bet on Myers at 100-1 and a $500 bet on Borregales at 200-1.

Joey Feazel, head of football trading for Caesars Sportsbook, said there has been interest on Borregales at his shop.

"Longer odds, that's really what a lot of bettors are trying to find during the Super Bowl, something that's not the greatest probability, but it has a decent price," Feazel said.

Quarterbacks have been named MVP in 34 of 59 Super Bowls, including five of the last six. Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold is the MVP favorite in Super Bowl LX, listed at +115 on Thursday at DraftKings Sportsbook, followed by Patriots quarterback Drake Maye at +240.

Wide receivers have won eight MVPs, followed by running backs with seven. Ten defensive players have won the award: four linebackers, two defensive ends, two safeties, one safety and one defensive tackle.

In other long-shot MVP wagers, Hard Rock Bet reports taking a $1,000 bet on Seattle cornerback Devon Witherspoon to win Super Bowl MVP at 150-1, and $100 bets on three Seahawks defenders: defensive tackle Byron Murphy II (150-1), safety Julian Love (500-1) and defensive tackle Leonard Williams (100-1).

I did this 2yrs ago with Harrison Butker, Chiefs vs 49ers & would have won thousands

I think Butker probably should have won it anyhow, but he CERTAINLY would have won it had he kicked his 5th FG end of OT and gone on to win game, instead of Mahomes getting into the endzone

But Butker defintely was deserving going 4-4 keeping SF in it including a 57yarder & end of regulation kick to send it to OT

Actually, I didn't care about New England having the worst SOS.

I only looked at how they fared against the playoff teams.

New England:

Bills 1-1
Steelers 0-1
Chargers 1-0
Texans 1-0
Broncos 1-0
Total 4-2

In the playoffs, 3 teams that they beat had great defense but not so great offense.

Seattle:

49ers 2-1
Rams 2-1
Steelers 1-0
Jaguars 1-0
Texans 1-0
Total 5-2

Except for Steelers and Texans, the other 3 had great offense and I would say their offenses were better than the Patriots'.

Now the Patriots get to go against a team with both very good defense and a hot offense, so they get to find out what it's like.

IF Sam doesn't turn the ball over, then Seattle should win at the minimum and that's all I care.

@phillyflyers

I already made my bet on Seattle ML and I'm waiting to see what happens with the moneyline price before I throw another 5K to 10K on it. I'm not here to argue against people taking New England on the spread or the moneyline as they could easily win as much as Seattle.

I just have a question for you that I asked you before and I don't think you answered.

Is the confidence level in your New England bet as high as Washington who beat the crap out of Detroit in last year's playoffs?

If it is, then you are probably right again and you win, but my guess is no.

Well good luck, pal.

Yes, my confidence level is just as high.

The circumstances are extremely similar.

It's actually eerie.

Washington had a very good D, good young QB, and were tested with a tough schedule.

Detroit O last year was a level or so above this Seattle offense is now, New England D is better than Washington D was last year, and they got the hot new shiny QB in Maye similar to Daniels was last year.

Yes, I'm confident in NE.

The 2025-26 New England Patriots are projected to win Super Bowl LX against the Seattle Seahawks due to a dominant, stingy defense that has allowed few big plays in the playoffs, combined with a potent rushing attack led by Rhamondra Stevenson. Their elite, high-pressure defense and a "disrespected" underdog mentality, alongside quarterback Drake Maye's potential for big plays, form the foundation for a possible seventh title.

Oh yeah? Thanks for letting me know.

I don't know why, but I get the sense that it isn't as high as your Washington's pick. If I felt like what you said, then maybe I may not have bet the Seattle's moneyline.

Good luck with your bet too.

After seeing that video, how can you not root for Sam Darnold?

Drake Maye is very young, so he has many more years to go and he can wait a year.

But, their schedule next year is going to be brutal since they made it to the Super Bowl, so see if they make it to the Super Bowl again next year.

I don't get it with this Vanjack kid on X.

Below is his profile picture and obviously he is very young and he is holding only 20 dollar bills and at most $200 total.

If he is really that good as what people are saying on Covers, shouldn't he be holding benjamins instead and a LOT more of them? I would be holding stacks of $10K bundles still wrapped with the wrappers, but he is not a tout and has no interest in selling his picks. Nice kid really for what he is doing but only if a lot more people have found him and can see it.

I wouldn't ever bullshit you.

I'm just as confident.

NE is being very underrated.
