@jjgold - Have you ever seen this show? This is how $#!T starts, over something small like leaves. I’ll never understand people not being at least cordial to their neighbors, especially the ones that live right next door or across the street. You’re going to see them every day, they know where you live, and they could make your life Hell if you try to “citizen’s arrest” them…..

We were 5 minutes away from being arrested in Montreal when those parents were coming after us.

However this seems like a civil case not criminal so no citizen arrest would be called for.
