Tell him like it is James! I always wonder how people live in like northern Maine. Used to have a buddy who lived near Bangor who had to have his vehicle plugged in every night just to start most mornings. Many many sub zero mornings. Fawk that.

It reminds me of the winter of 2000/2001. I was living in Ohio and my contract with the university ended so I moved to Arizona to stay with my Mom for a few weeks until I got a new job.

I'll never forget driving to Arizona and getting out of my truck in Trinidad, Colorado to get gas. It was in the 40s and felt like heaven. It was the first time in months I had felt above freezing temps.
