I do agree with this. I always feel coaches are overrated cause they need players most of the time. When does a coach actually take a bunch of medicore players to a championship? Almost never. Maybe in baseball you can do it.

But knowing the above, the coach should be held differently and someone like Belichick needs to still get in or you just never let coaches in. Since coaches are allowed, Belichick has to get in. I do not care about Spygate or Deflategate personally. I also do not judge that his gf shops at sephora. She probably eats ass so he stays.

And I never liked the guy as a head coach although definitely respected him. He was just a prick and I was often rooting for the other side in the conference championships or super bowls but to not vote BB in as first ballot HOF is just ridiculous.
