Seems even if Allen likes him he’d understand it’s time to get a fresh set of eyes from outside the organization on the situation to try and change the outcome in the playoffs every season.

I thought Kubiak would have been a nice fit.

brady gets credit for developing allen when you have to wonder if allen would have developed anyway

You nailed it. This probably appeases Allen but Kubiak would bring something "different". I think they need something different to get to the next level.
