I have kind of a funny story to talk about when it comes to one of the things mentioned in the video: smoking.

I lived in Orange County, Cal. back in the 2000s. That's where a lot of the Vietnamese boat people settled so there are many Vietnamese restaurants and stores.

Well, everyone has probably heard how strict California is with it's rules and laws. So I was actually shocked when a friend took me to a "cigarette bar". People bought non-alcoholic drinks and the women wore skimpy outfits like at Hooters. But the funny thing is that most of the people were Vietnamese and most were smoking...in California!

It made me wonder why no one reported them, or maybe some have in the past but maybe the Vietnamese community has a lot of pull with the city council. When I went there, there was a shooting just a few days before.

You can't believe youtubers. This is wrong information and nothing enforced. There are 1000s of them on youtube that make videos that people actually believe that are not the actual case. Countless times I see it and just shake my head in disbelief . I equate them to all the youtubers that make videos daily about Bitcoin and XRP, none of them have any clue what they are talking about. They are making money off of views.
